Nerdist Heads to San Diego
We’ll be at Comic-Con International, will you?
If home is where the heart is then consider Comic-Con International the world’s largest cul de sac of nerdy love because our annual group vacation is almost here. Starting Thursday, San Diego once again gets taken over by comic book, movie, and television fans and creators celebrating the culture they love. Nerdist is right in the thick of things again this year with panels, discussions, podcasts, screenings and more. If you’re going to be in San Diego and want to know what we’re up to, then you need look no further.
Chris Hardwick has a hell of a week ahead of him and if you want to know where you can catch him check out our schedule of his appearances. As for Nerdist Industries, we’ve got a lot going on as well. On Friday from 4:00pm-5:00pm, you can look forward to “A Conversation With…” in which Course of the Force co-host Carrie Keagan interviews an extra special guest in the Lyceum Theater in Horton Plaza. (Who could it be?)
Saturday will be the big day for Nerdist with not one, but TWO fantastic events. First up, from 3:00pm-4:00pm, the Nerdist Industries panel takes over the Hilton Bayfront Hotel’s Indigo Ballroom to discuss what’s on deck for all facets of the company with Chris, Matt, Carrie Keagan, Freddie Wong, the guys of Sneaky Zebra and our own Brian Walton. Later that night, at 9:30pm in the Balboa Theater, it’s The Nerdist Podcast LIVE with special guest Matt “Eleventh Doctor” Smith.
