ThinkGeek’s Spring Line Unveiled!

Stuff for smart masses just got even smarter

It’s just the cherry atop the geek culture ice cream sundae that we live in a world where we can not only enjoy things, but we can also purchase items inspired by those things. One of the main defenders of this confectionery world is ThinkGeek, who proudly proclaim that they offer “Stuff for Smart Masses.” Among their wares are apparel, toys, gadgetry, and electronics, all with an eye toward the pop culture fixtures we obsess over. They’ve just unveiled some of their new goodies for the springtime and we’re here to let you in on what awesome trinkets they have in (virtual) store.

The Nerdist Channel has a look at a new item for Dark Knight fans that were born into darkness instead of merely adopting it. ThinkGeek has created Bane mask walkie talkies, based on the headgear worn by Tom Hardy in the film. The nerd retailer is also offering a Batman Family car decal, to stick on your back window depicting Gotham’s watchful protector visiting the graves of his parents, Thomas and Martha Wayne. Perfect for your own Batmobile. If you’re the kind of person who works at their computer into the wee hours of the morning, you’ll want to pick up the Eye of Sauron desk lamp, which will always fix its gaze on you until your assignments are complete. Combining some of the oldest technology with some of the newest, ThinkGeek is also offering the Play-Doh 3D printer, with which you can make anything your brain can imagine. (Including naughty bits.)

If playing around is more your scene, why not partake in a game of Death Star Trench Toss? Just make sure you don’t throw anything wider than two meters. Wanna be a practical joker? Pick up the Alien Chestburster in a can. Your friends will think they’re in for some “homestyle” cornbread from Weyland-Yutani but, boy, are they in for a surprise! For the young (or the young at heart), there’s the Adventure Time BeeMo Interactive Buddy, and cuddle up next to a body pillow shaped like The Creeper. Sleep tight! You can find these items and other outstanding products at ThinkGeek.com.
